FM Series softeners are designed to provide years of dependable service. It is not uncommon for these units to remain in service for more than 20 years.
Features include:
1. Meter initiated regeneration results in the saving of salt and water.
2. Rugged motorized piston valve with heavy duty drive motor. This work horse can handle the worst iron, manganese, hardness and scale.
3. Every cycle of regeneration is programmable. The unit can be adjusted to your water’s condition. This maximizes the unit’s performance without sacrificing salt and water consumption.
4. Full flow stainless steel bypass valve can take the system off stream. This is ideal for watering the yard or to provide water should the unit need service.
5. Safety brine valve prevents a messy overflow of the salt tank.
6. Multi-level salt platform allows for the use of inexpensive water softener salt.
7. “Spacesaver” models are available that have a small footprint yet maintain the numerous advantages of a two tank water softener.
